The property was very nice! The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a pool and they had a small about good continental breakfast including eggs, sausage ,pancakes etc.

The staff were amazing, the rooms were large and very clean, the beds were very, very comfortable, and the location was amazing because we were heading to Ohio Stadium for the National Championship celebration. There were plenty of food options available around us, and the hot breakfast at the hotel was just what we needed to get our morning started.

Being close to Dr's office, clean. That it had a hot tub and pool. And your staff was pleasant.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was fantastic. It was much fancier than my previous Holiday Inn stays. It was clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable and all the bedding, furniture in the room and in the common areas was very nice. It is very clear that the staff and management are very proud of this facility and take customer service and cleanliness very seriously. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options. There was a staff member cleaning constantly, not just removing trash but wiping down tables with a cleaning solution.

Annette was amazing! She always had a smile on her face, was compassionate and understanding and a true joy to interact with each day. Loved that they had some choice of wine, see below for area of improvement related. Breakfast and Breakfast Chef, didn’t catch her name.

Me & my friend were in town for the Pentatonix concert. We were able to check in right at 4 after driving 2 straight hours, and the receptionist was very kind and helpful in checking us in. We had plenty of time to unwind and eat dinner before we had to leave. Our room was upgraded, and it was perfect and spacey for the two of us. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We unfortunately didn't make it down to breakfast. The area itself was perfect for us because it was only 10 minutes from the venue where our concert was. We are coming to Columbus in June 2024 for another concert, and we're definitely planning on reserving here again if we're able. The receptionist checking us out today was also quick and friendly. 10/10 experience for us.

The entire place was so clean. The housekeeping staff and front desk staff were all so professional and friendly. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and fluffy. There are dove bath and body products in the bathroom. Wi-Fi was great and reliable. The pool area is taken care of several times throughout the day. Utensils and plates are always available if you're eating at the hotel. Breakfast was pretty standard. Seating is really nice. Aesthetic and decor is very modern and pretty.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I book based on pools and hot tubs, and even call to ensure it is working before booking. Not only were BOTH working, but also the temperature inside the pool room made the pool perfect and the hot tub was a great way to end the evening! The staff was so helpful and friendly, my car felt safe in the lot. Highly recommend!
